What the app is
Hello Astro is an AI guide to Vedic astrology, numerology and palmistry, for reflection, learning and entertainment. Replies are generated by an AI model and may contain mistakes. See the disclaimer.
Using it properly
- You must be 18 or older.
- Enter only your own details, or another person's details with their permission.
- Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to harm anyone.
Minutes and payments
- Your first 3 minutes are free. Further minutes are bought in packs inside the app: 5 minutes for ₹101, 15 minutes for ₹501, 30 minutes for ₹1,001, 60 minutes for ₹2,001. Payment is taken through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).
- Minutes are used only for the time you talk or chat. They are not a subscription and do not renew.
- Purchased minutes do not expire. They belong to the app on the phone they were bought on and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- All purchases are final and are not refunded; see the refund policy for what we do when a payment goes wrong.

Liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, KolabX Entertainment Private Limited is not liable for decisions made or losses arising from use of the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
